Pros

Friendly Environment with helpful staff. They are understanding in times of need. They will work around whatever problems you may be having. Including shift changes. They might even lend a shoulder to cry on. As long as it has no monetary value.

Cons

They will write you up for not making quota. They do not offer raises at the end of each year. In fact, unless you promoted to management there are no raises. There is not any kind of appreciation at all. Oh, wait they do have Taco Tuesday. Where they haul in enough stale and cold tacos to feed the hired hands. They make a boatload of money from the hired hands, but instead of offering any pay increases for the one that actually does the work. The management gets raises quarterly for playing on their computer or taking a long lunch, The owners are building 18nillion dollar homes, while keeping the ones that earn them the money a dollar a year raise.
