Pros

My boss and teammates made it worth it

Cons

Upper management is picky about who they promote. If you aren’t absolutely perfect with every words during the interview…you’ll likely receive private messages wishing you better luck next time immediately after the interview. If you try to report it, it’s denied and the person who sent the message usually gets promoted. They don’t allow the hard work you put in to speak for itself. But I’ve heard they promote ppl while they’re in training so you’re chances are 50/50

Pros

Work at home, nice coworkers who are ready to help if you need it

Cons

Was hired and not told they could change your job with no notice. I was hired to process applications for rent assistance, then out of no where management told me I was being moved to a different campaign that was cold calling. No option to stay, no option to move into a campaign that would suit you better. There was 80 people in my hiring group, and it was ridiculous trying to learn anything in training with that many people. There's also currently a class action suit against them for improperly paid overtime and not paying to start your systems and get logged in.

Work from home remote job

The pay is horrible (12.50/hr). The training is inadequate. No PTO, benefits package is a joke. The top tier health insurance package only covers preventative care. For $77/pay period for one person. Company issued equipment is 6+ years old. They will fire you for the smallest reason. Or no reason. Rampant nepotism and favoritism. They will say there is room for advancement but there isn't. Its a 1 star company but I rated it 5 star in hopes people actually see this and run far away from this company.
