Pros
First campaign I was on had a fantastic training program and wonderful supervisors. High call volume most of the time, but a supportive team environment. Very flexible with time off.
Cons
ROI lost the contract with this client, and was assigning agents to other campaigns. Second campaign had horrible/ nearly non-existent training. HR promised that they would be providing me equipment for use at home (remote position), which was not true (but they don't tell you this until you are already in training). HR also gave me a choice of shifts that would align with the hours I was previously working. Once I was on the new campaign, I found out that the shift I was promised in my contract did not even exist. I was shocked at the difference in my experience between campaigns, so I guess it really depends where you are placed.
