Cons
Hourly pay could be better and more competitive. Pay from campaign to campaign should never decrease. If you have reached a pay level, moving to another campaign for any reason should not lower your personal pay rate. Somewhere that needs to be absorbed and not by the employee who has earned the higher pay rate.
