Pros
Training for my first campaign was excellent, I felt prepared and could always ask for help. Managers were mostly great and very helpful with improving our statistics. Often opportunity to trade shifts or pick up extra hours. Very flexible with requesting time off as long as you give some notice.
Cons
When the company lost the contract with the campaign I was on, I was transferred to another and assured that we would be provided training to transition. Training was a one day joke, I was told I could keep the same hours I had previously, only to find out this schedule did not exist with the new campaign. HR also promised that the company would be providing a computer and all equipment for this new campaign, that was a lie. They were untruthful about several things that you don't find out about until you start the job.
