Pros

I was able to experience and learn a number of skills that have proved to be useful at other job opportunities. I found that the front line employees were for the most part great to work with, and in my estimation very generous individuals. I think some people will find some of the hiring practices very liberal, and I know that ROI is open to hiring known sex offenders, and have promoted some to leadership positions.

Cons

You must expect to be under paid for the work required of you, and any commission will not be stellar. The vast majority of your managers are under qualified for their role, and will more than likely make your job much harder than is necessary due to their incompetence. Expect that front line employees will receive the brunt of any complaint, and that scapegoating is a company policy
