Pros

Was able to save some money.

Cons

First all, they pay twice a month, not every two weeks. They don't want you having that extra check when there are 5 weeks in a month. Second, the TL's are EXTREMELY immature, jealous, envious, and will straight out LIE on you - even though they boldly claim to be religious. They will smile in your face and be envious and jealous behind your back. The management are overall immature and on some sort of power trip. One upper level management was ok, but most are not. If they like you, you can get away with a lot. If they are jealous, envious and secretly harboring grudges against you, forget it. If you prove to be better than your TL, start looking for another job because they won't like that. Save money and find something else - unless you like fake people. Good riddance.
