Horrible place to work - Call Center Representative ROI Call Center Solutions Employee Review

Very unorganized and confusing. Half the time the applications used didn't even work. Or calls would drop. Not to mention if a customer was yelling at you and cussing you out you had to continue the call and could not end it. While I worked there they were beginning the work from home and it was so confusing even the leads had no idea what they were doing.
