Pros
The people are great, some managers can be good but I've only had decent TL's
Cons
The amount of training given for the job is poor. Depending on the contracter that you work with things might be simple but there so many scenarios that you will face when taking calls and making payments that the amount basic training you are given is never going to matter when faced with something no one ever taught you how to use. Oh what do you do when you dont know something, well you go to your TL of course they might know something and you can definetly ask but they are also doing their own job while helping your co-workers so there is a great chance that you are on the phone with a random customer waiting for your manager to give you an answer to your question that might not even be helpful forcing you to come up with BS to end the akward call. Also terrible pay for the amount of stress you go through on some of these calls
