Pros
Constantly hiring, often on spot job offers after one interview, most positions require little to no call center experience.
Cons
There is little to no training for some of the smaller campaigns within the company, often putting employees in sink or swim positions when first starting. Turn around on employment is fast since a large portion of hires are in the <20yo demographic. It's almost impossible to get a raise unless you're friends with management within the company. Management will often discuss concerns with employees on the call floor in front of surrounding co-workers. Policy changes and scheduling changes can happen with little to no advance notice. No paid vacation or sick days. Team leads will seem annoyed when you have questions regarding your job.
