Their culture is very flexible, young and always open to new ideas. It is also a very ambitious company, where you’ll be always growing and focusing on make things happens. Also is a place full of brilliant people that consult motivates you to open your mind and think bigger. It has also great benefits such as medical insurance, headspace, rappi prime, and special discounts.
Cons
Salary conditions are not great, regarding this 40/60 model, where you’ll receive less money if you take holidays or are sick. Even if it still a start-up, is big enough to have more processes and order inside, because at some point you can feel between an ego’s fight.
