      Pros

      Puede ser un lugar de aprender procesos en empresas grandes. Hay gente que sabe mucho de las que puedes aprender.

      Cons

      Depende mucho de equipo donde estés, puede que no tengas oportunidad de crecimiento ahí. Puede ser que sea un trabajo muy tranquilo como también puede ser que sea muy exigente. Es muy relativo. Se puede tornar aburrido sin cosas nuevas para aprender.
