- Extremely disorganized company, whose priorities change every 6 months and therefore you have to figure out what you'll end up doing from one week to another every beginning of a new semester. - There are more managers than analysts, resulting in situations where employees report to multiple bosses simultaneously, often with conflicting directives - Tasks and processes are well-structured but are often subject to scrutiny due to comments made by underperforming staff, who tend to shift blame onto others. - Way too many consultants overcomplicating everything (Management) and implementing strategies previously discarded in the past; unfortunately the high employee turnover rate favors this situation - Frequent mass layoffs
