They are not flexible on work hours. really low pay Work is really boring Its hard to grow in the company thats why a lot of people leave. Since Rosen can't pay as much as other companies, some of the things that used to set it apart was all the stuff they used to do for the employees compared to a bigger business. Problem is that since its a small company, if the year is slow they will take away benefits from the employees.
