Pros

ROSEN is a smaller company where they bring on inexperienced people and train them. ROSEN is one of the predominant companies in in-line inspection and really invests their money back into the company. The atmosphere is pretty laid back and friendly.

Cons

As a smaller company, changing positions within the company can be a little more difficult. The pay tends to be lower than larger Oil and Gas companies, but they do offer great benefits.

Some guy in Top management is corrupt and a termite to the company and that is why there is insecurity among top management... The owner is surrounded by mediocre's and seems he cannot come out of that vicious circle.
