      Some good people there who are willing to helo

      Awful culture that permeates from upper management downwards. Vice President is never at the office, sets the tone. Some people get away with murder while others have to tow the line. Cost cutting is acceptable but to a point - this is taken too far here with management only concerned about their bonuses and not the mental well-being of their employees.

      Good technology and equipment for the industry.

      Cons

      Company doesn’t support employees. They over work techs have no home life balance. Must take vacation to get home. No support from management. Unsafe working conditions must fallow DOT but require techs to consistently break DOT to complete projects. Then make techs pay fines if the get caught braking DOT. I was terminated because they believe I was stealing by miss use of my credit card after 14 years of service. I would never knowingly steal from my company and was not given any warning or wright up or 30 day probation. Company used to good to work for 4years ago but the current working conditions shows no support for the employees only focused on profits and not well being of its employees.

      -No Pressure -No Sense of Urgency

      Cons

      -No respect for new people with degrees/knowledge/experience -Shady contracts -Petty politics -Little or no idea on how to approach new technologies -Poor staffing, eg: Allowing people with no significant experience/knowledge to lead a team/project
