      Pros

      Employees are given autonomy to create their own schedule

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales plan quotas, poor leadership at the corporate level. Multiple employee are not receiving commission checks on time, lack of any appreciation for employees. Lack of support. When this was addressed with leadership, the response was this is the culture they are moving to.

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.

      Great benefits, decent compensation and pretty flexible work life balance

      Corporate structuring every year with a lot of change constantly, hard to get your footing when everything changes the next year
