      Good benefits and worklife balance

      Cons

      Place has not been the same since the 3m spinoff. Constant layoffs, little to no room for growth, most leadership positions are being filled by external hires with a prior connection to the new CEO and his cronies. Stock value has lagged behind the rest of the stock market.

      Pros

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.

      Very Flexible work remote policy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations- always pressure to do more with fewer people. Causes a lot of stress.
