      The people are what makes the company great. Most people you engage with are out there working for each other and trying to be supportive.

      I'm not sure if it's the spin or the challenges related, but the workload right now cannot last.

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.

      Very Flexible work remote policy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations- always pressure to do more with fewer people. Causes a lot of stress.
