      The leadership is competent with a solid foundation of healthcare business experience; employees brought the very best with them from 3M and left some of the "Corporate baggage" behind; Innovation and empowerment feel alive

      Seems like there may be limited opportunity for promotion and movement if you were "an experienced employee" in 3M Healthcare

      Position was work from home. I had great supervisors and there was zero micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of realignment of teams and I ended up with 3 different supervisors in less than a year.
