No care to employee and family healthcare. Worst health insurance from solventum. Any Company gives floating insurance, employee take care of urgencies of that total amount to employee and members. Here Company gives less insurance amount, worst scenario also divides floating health insurance in between employee, family & parents. Pushes very few amount to parents and remaining to employee. Dont know emergencies meaning. Employee takes responsibility to health insurance emergency needs of total amount. but company dividing insurance amount is very bad. Also for parents, some 20percentage of that copayment from pockets for expenses. fINAL worst is we pay amount to top up, THIS also divided by company few amount to employee and rest to parents. heartless team framed policy,. all employees and managers are helpless. Insurance updates first to be addressed, gives worst insurance and asks to update with delays and lazy system.
