Pros
Overall a nice place to work with a great flexible working culture via the Own the Way you work concept. Relatively good tech and tool landscape to communicate and work on with high quality support. Strong on innovation and will to be a high-end re/insurance firm backed by cutting edge R&D on products and UW. Pleasant (and often) well located offices.
Cons
Trying to become 'agile' and pushing the gospel throughout the company whilst remaining very hierarchical. Everyone knows their rank and it has an impact on how people interact. Potentially short sighted D&I initiatives that feel like knee jerk reactions to external pressures as opposed to managing sustainable long term change appropriate for the company and the industry. Zurich-centered mind sets.
