      Good old age benefits and free coffee

      Cons

      A last century mentality where you are doing whatever the Manager/s command. Keep your mouth shut and you 'll be fine. Don't buy into the Agile BS to be open. Stay closed and you are safe. It's who knows who culture. Many non productive people roam around all day long just cause they are safe through friendships and long employment status. Nobody talks to you unless you serve their purpose to climb the ladder. Meaning more money for less work. Do your job and go home.

      Pros

      1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

      Cons

      1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
