Cons
1. Managers from Zurich location treat Indian colleagues as Low cost Labours. They will not attend late evening calls but will expect Indian colleagues to attend the calls at evening 8-9pm. 2. Too many people with 12+ years in the company are sitting ideal and drawing fat salaries. 3. When you try to switch teams, managers ego will get hurt and they will try every possible way to make it stop. 4. Too many C/D bands in Zurich location who runs the show in India but don't have an iota of knowledge about the how the things work in this new age environment.
