A culture of sexual grooming by senior male executives tolerated unless formally reported. 1 was caught 3 years ago (propositioned to a female colleague to visit his hotel room) and in a fairly senior role country ceo (B band) and touts a squeaky clean public bespectacled family man image but known to ask and cajole male colleagues to join in for paid adventures and his behavior was acknowledged and tolerated for years....even his own direct boss could not do anything as said B band was under the famous protection and wings of an even more senior Brit executive from the region (finally fired as well late last year) who does the same and even gave him a super bonus before he was formally reported with evidence and fired quietly. the culture of sexual grooming is common by male executives at the top who are smooth operators and know what to do and not to do to prevent being caught. Beware you've been warned!
