Pros

Breath of fresh air with new changes to the organisation. Plenty of the old guard who operated like mafia are now gone. Not all were bad but many parts of the business were poorly performing for years but many progressed through the ranks to highly senior roles (A-2 band) because they were great liars and master storytellers and superbly well paid for the little they do.

Cons

Still toxic remains of the old guard through their flying monkeys who spread latest news and gossip to stir the pot of who is left behind. A culture of sexual grooming by senior male executives tolerated unless formally reported. 1 was caught 3 years ago (propositioned to a female colleague to visit his hotel room) and in a fairly senior role country ceo (B band) and touts a squeaky clean public bespectacled family man image but known to ask and cajole male colleagues to join in for paid adventures and his behavior was acknowledged and tolerated for years....even his own direct boss could not do anything as said B band was under the famous protection and wings of an even more senior Brit executive from the region (finally fired as well late last year) who does the same and even gave him a super bonus before he was formally reported with evidence and fired quietly. the culture of sexual grooming is common by male executives at the top who are smooth operators and know what to do and not to do to prevent being caught. Beware you've been warned!

We’re glad the culture and supportive colleagues have been meaningful in your experience. We know large organisations can sometimes feel complex, and we're constantly working to simplify decision making where possible. Thank you for your review.

Pros

1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

Cons

1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
