      Had received very nice team members

      Cons

      Don't like distribution of work. Very narrow mindset while sharing knowledge. Less impression on group work and help. Technical exposure is very less. etc.

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
