      Pros

      I have been associated with UST for quite a long time, and overall my experience has been positive. The work culture encourages transparency, and both people and processes are open and approachable. One of the strong aspects of UST is that ideas can be expressed freely and are genuinely valued, which creates a healthy and collaborative environment. Leadership has been supportive and accessible, helping teams navigate challenges effectively and fostering a sense of trust. This makes day-to-day work more engaging and motivating.

      Cons

      There are, however, a few areas where improvement would be beneficial. Medical insurance policies could be strengthened further. Administrative operations would benefit from more structured planning, and greater attention should be paid to basic hygiene standards at the premises.
