Pros

This review is specific to Xpanxion Pune Office. - Good at Intermediate Level of Experience. With the variety of projects/technologies, Xpanxion provides a good learning opportunity for professionals in mid experience level (2-5) - Some very good projects and very good people in - Good culture and people interaction - HR Team is really good at creating a nice and fun-filled environment and at time succeeds to ease out the stress of employees. -

Cons

- Work/Life Balance sucks in Pune Office. - Not much growth opportunities - People who have spent more time in company are considered more valuable and more intelligent than newcomers - Administration and Support Team(IT & Non IT) both are ineffective and useless. - Un-necessary and useless tracking of work hours at nano level. - Few managers and Leads(Tech and QA Both) are clueless why they are there! I saw some Tech/QA Leads shamelessly taking credit of junior QA's work and efforts.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
