Pros

I cannot find a single reason to support working in UST

Cons

Everything is a Cons in this company. The company will not support you in any matter, The clients are basically does not want to do business with UST Global. Appraisal is only 4 to 5 % of all the employees, Hence don't expect anything as money for the hard work you do. Managers are basically fools who does not understand the meaning of providing laptops so that you can connect from anywhere to complete the work. Your variable pay will not be given to you, UST Global does not have a defined appraisal process, They will give you the appraisal money when ever they feel like and there will be no arrears paid. You can check with the HR on all the above points told before joining anything is not true connect with me. Most of the projects are relocation to Kerala, Hence if you a employee in Chennai Bangalore or any other locations please start looking for out side jobs because you will ever no when they will ask you to leave. Job safety is 0% and there are no internal projects for you to move with, So if your in bench it is like you have to leave the company with in 2 months time or even less. If you put down your papers they will hold 2 months salary, Which is also delayed in payment of the F&F Out of my personal bad experience i am saying this, Please do not join this company.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
