      1. Best place for people from Kerela or Tamil Nadu

      Cons

      1. Hike is never given on time rather delayed by an year.If Someone questions HR they reply that it was never mentioned in offer letter that you will get hike. 2. The Biggest account (main client, cant take name) has all junk projects 3. Poor process and management. 4. All preference given to only Kerela and Tamil Nadu people. Full favoritism. 5. If one Manager is from Tamil nadu..then forget it that u can ever grow in that project if u r not a Tamilian. 6. If you want to change project you are asked(not asked, warned) to put papers rather than exploring other opportunities.
