Pros

nothing much to work for this biased and regional discriminated company.

Cons

Lots of politics at higher management. Kerala candidates will get projects, others have to leave company in 3 months if no projects. Low quality billing for all the resources to falsify client for getting many projects, But client made analysis and given projects to Accenture and CTS. They will make false impressions and impossible promises to client. Due to that worst attitude they lost many accounts in Healthcare and Manufacturing. Fully kerala favored politics at all levels. Other regional candidates are leaving company due to the race and regional discrimination. Closing it's centers in Chennai and Bangalore due to no projects and cost factors.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
