Pros

- not much time restrictions. - onsite opportunities, but you need to spend at least 3 years to thing of this.

Cons

- less pay to fresher - If you stuck in some legacy project, your manager will not release you and also technological stack is also old. - do not join UST global, if you are not in Trivandrum, because there may be some chances to switch projects and other activities. - People are working there just for the dream to go onsite.
