      Pros

      There are only a few good human beings.

      Cons

      A lot. You will not find non malayalees above project lead. Even if you, may be .0001%. So no career. There are PMs just for the sake. They do only spying nothing more. Dont know why they have chennai center. Just like a TV operated by a remote in trivandrum. If at all you want to join chennai or Bangalore, they may call you for trivandrum, dont accept. But you have to go to trivandrum later. Non malayalees be careful when making a decision.

      the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
