Pros

I decided to join UST Global because of their cool work culture and my decision was on the mark. Career growth opportunity is excellent as they help to develop skills immensely with lots of knowledge training sessions. Apart from this, I had the opportunity to carry out many employee engagement activities within the organization and received a lot many recognitions within a short span of one year. The way the company adapted to the 'Work from home' culture at the time of pandemic was highly commendable which made my 'Work from home' - 'Work FUN home'.

Cons

It would be nice if UST can provide free cab service within 10kms.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
