      Pros

      UST has a great company culture. You won't find more caring people anywhere - from the top down. UST has world class client list, and you get access to some of the best corporate leaders in the world due to those relationships. Beneftis are very competitive.

      Cons

      Pre-IPO company, salary component is less than you would get in many places. Most people have to travel to client sites - part of the consulting reality. But, if you don't like living in hotels or on airplanes, this may not be for you.

      Provides opportunities to take on challenges beyond your comfort zone, helps with continuous learning and career growth. It also offers the chance to work for some of the world’s largest enterprises, providing exposure and experience that are truly invaluable.

      Cons

      Remote work particularly in onsite settings has led to developers operating in silos. organic relationship building that once supported strong collaboration and team engagement has drastically diminished
