Pros

UST contains a large number of its employees from one demography, given where it is headquartered and who it's maiden CEO was, but the people in the organisation are very friendly and they are perpetually adapting to the best culture. The company is 20 year old and yet it has got clients from the fortune 500s, which shows that UST provides the best in industry services.

Cons

If you are someone who's looking to work with only one project then that's not the case here. I must inform, that you should be ready to work in multiple projects for short durations. I have worked for 18 months in which I have been assigned to 5 different clients/projects but worked in only 2 projects which are mention worthy.
