Pros

1. Exposure to new technology stack 2. Great company for people between 4-9 years of experience 3. Good pay 4. Work from home

Cons

1. At the end of the day you are a dollar per hour resource and it can create conflict between how the management sees you and how you want to have things done 2. Mixed crowd in management . While some are really talented, the others are just playing the typical 50 year old people management game without creating much value in the modern space. 3. Lacks overall stability and very small external factors can impact the company and your appraisals. 4. Lacks diversity. (You will find a lot of Marathi Brahmins here.)
