Pros

It really don’t find any Pros. Well May b it’s bit flexible but that is because it doesn’t care about it’s employees.

Cons

Lots of them. 1. It has some core values Humanity, Humility, integrity but these are the values it doesn’t honour. 2. It can’t touch of lives of it’s employees but advertises that it wants to touch lives of 3 billion people. 3. Have habit of not honouring it’s own promises, make all fake promises. 4. No proper hike cycle. 5. No appreciation of any hard work. 6. You will feel you are unwanted whenever there is something you want from the management. 7. All big and hollow talks. 8. Private company that’s why hides and manipulate all data related to profits, attrition and clients. 9. If as an employee if you agree not to take any salary, this company will be happy to employ you. 10. This company doesn’t do anything for it’s employees, all what it does because law of the lands have certain rules that this company make sure it follows. 11. All middle level managers are crap 12. Profits are shared by diving among unnecessary positions at the top. 13. They buy all crap companies belonging to friends of high D level employees. 14. No process is followed. Don’t spoil your career here. Name has changed but DNA remains same.

Pros

The company is already shifting from services to products and platforms business, with the CEO driving the change directly. This transition is visible and is steep. The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

Cons

the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
