      less pros we can learn new things

      lot. Lot of selected freshers waiting outside for more than 1 years.no salary hike. unstable projects. less chance of designation chance. And what I feeling that the ship is going to sink. They are wasting money by doing unwanted activities. Employees are not getting anything. all Employees working in a fear that any time they will ask to resign
