Pros

No pros - if you are lucky you will be with some good team members.

Cons

1. No hike - don't expect any hike from this company, even after extraordinary performance and dedication 2. No humanity, humility or integrity towards employees - value system is just to show off nothing more 3. The only way to get hike is to get some offers from other companies and then they will try to retain you by providing counteroffer - this is the new HR strategy of UST 4. sham performance review - managers give rating based on HR instructions and not based on performance 5. no career growth - managers have not heard the term career path here 6. if there are any issues, managers will abandon you and you will have to tackle the issue by yourself with no support 7. total show off company - only god knows what have they done with front gate of TVM campus. They have money to waste for these ridiculous designs but not anything to give hike to employees 8. HR can change policies anytime. the new compensation revision policy allows revision only on the work anniversary, and revision is for name sake only and what ever is provided goes to the variable pay. 9. no value system - nothing that is preached is practiced. Employees are only commodities. If you are in bench, then you can be terminated anytime. Keep praying that your projects do not end or close. 10. too much internal politics. Managers do not allow subordinates to rise up because they are threatened by growth of subordinates. 11. HR always threatens if you raise any issues.

The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

Cons

the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
