      Pros

      Good for freshers & desperate ones to get into IT market.

      Cons

      I experienced this place following wrong path to retain skillful employees. A skillful being career gets stuck here. One can get till near offer letter release emails/discussions but can't switch job. Beware. Jobs coming from naukri, monster, times into the inbox all in the professional network to keep one busy. One wanting to switch company, just apply at companies careers website.

The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

      the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
