Pros

Job security at job sites. If a project gets cut, you get moved around, which is great for experience in multiple types of projects. Good benefits Good pay/raise structure Managers are friendly and helpful Great company culture Team outings (COVID contingent, of course) Great career opportunity Non-toxic work environment

Cons

Hiring process was rushed, kind of made me suspect of the opportunity initially. Onboarding was a bit of a mess at the client site, but everything worked out in the end. PTO policy is not the best: Only about 10 days off a year, and they aren't even banked at the start of the year, so you have to slowly accrue them (3 hours per 2 weeks). PTO policy is not very competitive with similar paying jobs in the IT sector, especially considering a lot of companies are giving unlimited PTO nowadays as long as you get your job done. That being said, you do get 6 sick days, 40 hours of jury duty paid, and 2 hours to go vote each year, so its definitely not the worst.
