Pros

Nothing to share like pros

Cons

They don't have projects. They'll hire employees and simply don't provide opportunities for them. They'll force us to take on any project. But we don't get any emails or calls from the workforce management team. I really don't what this business team is doing. If you haven't get selected for the project within 30 days then they will blame us and they'll ask us to resign. While we were on the bench (Talent Pool {TP}) they'll ask us to do a skill assessment test. I scored 76.67 out of 100 they sent me an email stating that I have failed the test. Am in band B for this band above 70 is pass. There are lots of email templates they have like asking us to move to different locations or to choose different platforms. If we didn't accept those opportunities then they'll send the policy violation mail. Don't join here and waste your time.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
