Pros

They say WFH is available, but Manager forces people to come to office for 5 days to show "strength" to his superiors.

Cons

1) Less Projects - They hire peoples saying there is projects but after joining they don't have any projects to place peoples in. 2) No Job Security - If they hire and you are on bench even for 1 or 2 months, if they do not get project, they will put you in PIP and force you to resign. 3) Manager Not Transparent - The Manager will not tell you truth and will lie to your face when you ask questions about projects, future opportunities, etc. He will lie and later will fire you if he cannot secure projects. 4) No Notice Period - If they have no project, without informing you, they will put you in PIP or Talent Pool and that way you cannot avail Notice Period benefits. Very shadily they will cheat you out of your benefits. 5) Lack of Opportunities for people with 5+ Years of Exp. - Even if you have 3+ or 5+ years of experience, they will say they have projects during interview time but after joining many employees are simply sitting on bench. 6) Sourcing & TA Teams Not Honest - The Talent Acquisition team will also tell candidate the same lies that ServiceNow Management tells, making candidates think that project is there and they are urgently hiring. Do not believe what the Sourcing & TA Team say, they lie to help management. There are many more reasons not to join this lying company that abuses its employees but if you have experience, I advise to join any other company. Sourcing and TA Team will lie when they said immediate project availability is there. After joining you only will suffer if you are on bench, no project. UST Global ServiceNow Department is worse than a start-up environment. Employees unless management have projects are under constant fear and pressure of losing their jobs.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
