Pros

Good building, good environment for fooling people to thing that it's a big company

Cons

Frequent layoff, Freshers not given opportunity to work there as they are fired after training. No transparency in selection criteria. They treated the freshers for granted. The trainees had to wait min 2 weeks for getting their final assessment results. During the training period they locked them in their classroom with no phones . Not give laptop access . And after that they escort them to a room one by one and make them resign by giving them no time to process the situation. Within 5 mins u will be out of the office premises. If asked about on what basis the u are selecting or if asked about how much their individual score was , they won't reply. Such a farce of a company. And finally if u see any good reviews on them anywhere in internet it's usually their own employees giving fake reviews. I know that for sure because frequently they used to keep a fair like activities and one of them was if u give good review on the internet in front of them you will be given free caps, chocolate, and hugs by female HR. So that's why u can see tons of good reviews on this company.

Pros

The company is already shifting from services to products and platforms business, with the CEO driving the change directly. This transition is visible and is steep. The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

Cons

the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
