Pros
Lots of work and chance if you are in a right group or project
Cons
The management is poor. Senior leaders are only good at managing upwards and show little concern for the development of their subordinates. When problems arise, it’s always the people at the bottom who take the blame. The so-called timecode system is extremely unreasonable — to the point of micromanagement. When you’re working on something, others keep pushing you urgently, yet they turn around and accuse you of not being entitled to charge your time. This is a result of the lack of proper communication between managers, and between managers and their teams. Avoiding responsibility has become the norm in the company culture. And no matter how hard you work, you rarely receive any recognition or praise
