Inadequate training/explanation on company specific workflow practices and the availability, as well as the limitations, of company specific resources to be used in the design process. Cliquey, often un-inclusive office culture.

Very very good offer letter and best words from HR department after the interview to attract you. Nothing else.

Cons

Will fire you immediately after the completion of probationary period. worst top management. they don't know how to utilise the resources. strength of HR team is more than core employees but useless. Recently WSP fired almost 50% of top professionals from the team. Remaining guyz r working in fear daily.
