      Pros

      Fair pay when working the hours you signed up for, building relationship with your employees, and having the opportunity to help others.

      Cons

      Working extreme hours and never being able to relax on your assigned days off, expecting to do the work when you have no employees to complete the days task. Not keeping in line with Morals Sam Walton built the Company with.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
