Pros

*Good place to work, if you have in the international staff they have HO politics. *A lot of tools to learn new things like Pluralsight and Udemy *Flexibility at work *Challenging work

Cons

*Slow growing, for politics you can't apply to a new position after 12 months even if you have an incredible performace. *Sometime the work is very hard and the management push to complain their goals.

Pros

Great boss, you learn a lot of everything because the business is big, great work-personal life balance, I work from 8 am to 5 pm, 1 hour for lunch, initiatives are appreciated and useful.

Cons

Bad salary and compensations, no growth opportunities, no budget to do anything, bad conditions (very uncomfortable chairs, small space, slow computers), don´t like the culture - people are not very friendly, everyone seems bitter.
