Good pay, good benefits and coworkers are friendly and fun to work with. Also, working in customer service jobs is awesome amazing.

Cons

The pay is horrible, the benefits are horrible, and the people you work with are horrible. Also customer service jobs in general are horrible.

Pros

10% discount Pretty good health insurance under BCBSIL - will be waiting to see what BCBS Arkansas is like stock purchase and profit sharing

Cons

Upper management (and this includes the district and regional guys and the buyers) doesn't listen to the people who deal directly with the customers. We know what customers are asking for! I am tired of having to tell customers that they can find items we used to carry at our competitors in order to give good customer service! Another strange thing - we often seem to be "warehouse out" on foods that we sell very well in our area BUT we are NEVER out of collard or mustard greens, black eyed peas or grits which aren't real "hot" items in the North!!! Arkansas??
